The machine-tool and robotics industries demand sealed generators-protected from the harmful effects of lubricants. To satisfy the needs of these fast-changing fields, Servo-Tek manufactures a complete line of sealed models with output voltages ranging up to 45 V/1000 rpm. The units employ a one-piece housing, a special shaft seal, and a form-fitted rubber boot on the terminal end.

Storage Temperature

-65°C to +100°C (indefinitely)

Humidity Tolerance

Meets electrical specifications after storage at 49°C with 95% relative humidity for 24 hours.

Vibration

Capable of enduring vibration with amplitudes up to 0.030" total excursion at frequencies from 4 Hz to 55 Hz in each of three mutually-perpendicular axes with no evidence of physical damage. (Non-operational.)

Shock

No evidence of physical damage when subjected to three shock blows in each of three principle axes for a total of nine blows. Each blow consists of an acceleration of 115 g's, having a time duration of 11 mS with a square waveshape. (Non-operational .)

Ripple

Sealed generators can also be supplied with low-ripple voltage output characteristics, same as F & H series.
