Servo-Tek digital speed indicating systems provide a digital
panel meter (31/2 or 41/2 digit), a precision dc tach generator,
and related cable. Panel meter display uses 0.43" LEDs.
The meter unit is fully enclosed for mounting ease. Line power
and tachometer leads are the only connections that must be made.
BCD (binary coded decimal) output is optionally available for
direct connection to microprocessor-based control systems or printer
terminals.
While normally providing a continuous reading, the system also
allows any reading to be displayed indefinitely regardless of
speed changes, through logic or switch actuation of a hold signal.
Additionally, the digital display is accurate, non-ambiguous,
and can be read at distances up to 18 feet.
Three bidirectional ranges are standard: 0-l99.9 rpm, 0-l999 rpm,
and 0-l9,999 rpm. Other ranges and engineering units are available
on special order.
